Project Description:

The well renowned Nova Park
Company decided to build a new hotel
by the side of River Nile in
the middle of Cairo city.
The site had approximately
1200 No. pre-installed 600
mm diameter driven piles
with various depths from
11.0 to 17.0 meters. 450 of
them were obstructing the
installation of the new
hotel's post grouted
barrettes. Bauer Egypt could
Successfully EXTRACT
all subject 450 No. piles
and
install the projects diaphragm walls to
support the massive
excavation pit ( 7000m2 in
area and 12m in depth ) in
addition to the installation
of the post grouted
barrettes which shall receive
structural loads
of the new hotel.
